The product is faulty or broken upon opening the package

It is the wrong product
The product does not do what it is supposed to do
REASONS WE DON’T ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS
You haven’t measured your number plates before ordering and have accidentally ordered the wrong size
You have changed your mind
If you have not followed the installation procedure correctly and have damaged the product
