RETURNS AND REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS

Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we will do our very best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. There may be some situations where you will need to return your product or request a refund/replacement. This policy is in addition to any other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).



REASONS YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT OR REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT


  • The product is faulty or broken upon opening the package

  • The product is not as described

  • It is the wrong product

  • The product does not do what it is supposed to do



REASONS WE DON’T ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS


  • You haven’t measured your number plates before ordering and have accidentally ordered the wrong size

  • You have changed your mind

  • If you have not followed the installation procedure correctly and have damaged the product

  2. We will contact you in 1 business day to work out the best solution for your situation.
